I’d spent the last two and a half months in Thailand and had failed to go visit two of the places I’d been wanting to see since my second visit in April – The Marble Temple and the Grand Palace in Bangkok. Bangkok has many temples and historical sites, but I had been wanting to see these two in particular, but always found myself doing other things.
On one of my last days in Bangkok I finally made it over to the two locations. They were impressive and every bit as beautiful as I’d imagined based on the information I’d been reading about them. I’m glad I finally went and would love to go back to the Grand Palace again to spend more time wandering around.
If you ever find yourself in Bangkok, please do yourself a favor and go see these two locations. They are worth every minute spent there.
